When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company/agency name. When you use the Service, we process the documents you upload (PDFs, Word documents, images, text) for the sole purpose of extracting quotation data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain the Service
Process your uploaded documents and generate proposals
Manage your account, subscription, and billing
Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets)
Provide customer support

3. Data Processing & AI

Uploaded documents are sent to a third-party AI service for structured data extraction. Documents are processed in real-time and are not stored by the AI provider beyond the duration of the request. We do not use your documents or extracted data to train any AI models.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely with tenant-level isolation, meaning no other user or agency can access your proposals, images, or branding. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud platforms.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or uploaded documents with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only with:

AI processing providers (for document parsing, as described above)
Payment processors (Razorpay, for subscription billing)
Cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting and storage)
Law enforcement, if required by law

6. Data Retention

Your proposals, images, and branding data are retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Uploaded source documents are not retained after parsing is complete.

Request deletion of your account and data
Export your proposals
